Try to skip sugared foods and drinks too to avoid getting traveler’s diarrhea. Be careful when you are having alcohol as it causes diarrhea and must be completely avoided when you are suffering from it.
If you are cautious about what you eat and drink and make sure that your food intake is healthy and is not contaminated by paying attention to basic cleanliness around your food, you will not be troubled with diarrhea.
